I was flipping through the latest DRUM! and saw that my friend Neil
Grover has finally released his G3 concert snare drum - very cool.

As some of you may know several months ago I quietly launched Dunnett
Concert Percussion. The concept behind that was effectively putting
the cart before the horse. I have many ideas that I think lend
themselves to the concert / symphonic / orchestral market and DCP was
the perfect vehicle for testing and developing some of those ideas.
One of my first steps into this area was working with Neil Grover.
Couldn't ask for anyone with more expertise in this area.
Grover's G3 throw off was a product of that cooperation.
I've also built a very special prototype for Grover and I expect it
may well become part of their product line : The CSO™ Titanium snare
drum. The great thing about these types of drums is that they DO lend
themselves to mainstream / non-concert type applications. I know one
thing - THIS drum sounds incredible.

I have other products and innovations under the CSO™ brand destined
for the Concert / Symphonic / Orchestral percussion market, some of
which I'll be presenting to dealers and distributors at the Musik
Messe in Frankfurt. Stay tuned!
