I've been gone for, oh, say, 5 years or so. Dunno if y'all remember
me. Just figured I'd check in and see what everyone's been up to, I'll
dig through the threads this afternoon.
Personally, I'm in 2 bands at the moment, mostly playing cajon and
djembe. One is the band I've been in for about 15 years, we're halfway
through recording a mostly acoustic CD, and the other is a jamband
called Corkscrew where I'm a second drummer, getting to cut loose and
funk things up without having to drive the whole time... SO much fun
to not have to carry the load, but just embellish.
Hope life's been good for everyone, I see a lot of names that have
been here for ages and are still sticking around, usenet death and
all :]
