I'm looking at getting a small kit for travel and squeezing into small
corner stages - at first thought about just grabbing a Pearl Rythm
Traveler kick-drum, but got put off by the 6-lug cheapness of it.
Started looking at the Premier Artist Birch Heritage, but then found
this from Ludwig. Nice 10-lug kick and gets pretty darn good reviews
too :

I don't need two kicks... anyone want to split one of this kits in
half? I'm favoring the 12-14 toms, but would take the 10-14 if
someone else wanted the 12-16. I could go either way on the matching
snare, I got me plenty o' snare drums.

Anyone? Anyone? I likey the tobacco burst more than the blue. :-)

Hmmmm.... that's tempting.
I'm actually thinking about upgrading my one-trip-crap-kit with some
nicer drums.

I was definitely thinking 12-16. Shipping would probably kill the
deal, huh?
I just looked and Gutter Center has the same deal with free shipping.

Let me stew on it.

do this, I'm putting my Ludwig Gig-Lite kit on the block this week.
All birch, USA made, killer sound for compact drums. 20-10-13-13 with
extra heads. All hardware included, almost-mint condition, $500 plus
shipping. E-mail me at axman90210(AT)gmail(DOT)com for more details.

How is it going Aaron? I like those small Ludwigs. The birch shells
are nice too. I have a standard sized set of Ludwig Birch Classics
myself. Thats a good price on those Aaron. What color are yours?
