I have a 26x12 slingerland mahogany kick drum. Looks like it is from the
30's. It has calfskin heads with a mountain scene nicely painted on the
front. Inside it has a factory installed light. Any idea what this is?I have
been researching vintage drum web sites and cannot locate any information on
this drum.
Thanks
Smitty

And also acts as a nice backlight for the mural. I shine a light into
my bass drum so the graphic shows up when the lights on stage are low.
Works really well.
