Found a 5pc for under $500. Seems a little high, but I'm feeling that
*Mmmmm, never had any of these before* urge. I don't need them at all, but
still thought about getting them. Looking for some insight here.

Contacted seller. He stated that the bottom hoops, kick hoop, and all
tension rods are long gone. There is a small crack at the seam of the kick
drum and between 2 lugs on a tom. I suspect the weight on the kick with no
head or hoop for support might be the cause of the cracking.

I would pass. Try one of these. These are the same shells Sonor uses
IIRC. At any rate they are CAST acrylic. Stunning drums. These kits are
offered from Armadillo directly, and close to 50% of street.

I had a huge Vistalite kit when I was a teenager. It sounded terrible, but
looked cool.
