Does your band charge for wait time?

When playing wedding gigs I understand the need for the band to set up
ahead of time. But time is money, and when they want you to wait
around for several hours before playing that's a huge waste. Do you
charge per hour of wait time after you've met the deadline for setup
and soundcheck? If so, how much?

Weddings are generally considered a day's work and should be priced that
way.
I would price them at 3x your normal gig rate. Most wedding planners
and booking agents know this and a high rate for a good band shouldn't
scare anyone away.

Do you guys have an EPK?
