Classic Henry Adler Video

I am the producer of the original 120 minute Henry Adler Hand Development
Technique video made in 1985. I have several unopened shrink wrapped tapes
that I would be willing to sell at $25 (below cost) to any serious students,
teachers or professional musicians. I produced this video because I truly
believed and still do that Henry is one of the few living legends.

This is not a flashy video but it definitely will develop your chops. It is
100% instructional-just Henry and the snare drum.

If interested please email.

Speaking of Henry Adler, it appears that a revised edition of the Buddy
Rich Rudiments book has just been published, with new, detailed notes
by Ted MacKenzie (a former student of Adler's) on how Adler applied the
books with his students. I just saw it in the book store a few days
ago, but I didn't have time to look at it in depth. What I saw looked
pretty interesting, though.

Ted is a former teacher (and good friend) of mine, and he's a *smoking*
drummer. I actually built that site for him way back in 1999! :)

There you go...I tried looking it up on Amazon just now, but I didn't
see the revised edition there. Apparently the new one's only been out
a month or two. I saw it at Powell's Books here in Portland, and if
I'd have had more time I would have probably picked it up. I thought
you'd be interested in this, George. :-)

when are you going to put this out on DVD?
I'm so sick of all the crappy new training tapes out there. This one
is classic.

Sorry, to maintain the "Classic" appeal it must remain in its original
format. VHS

Thank you for your reply.

Bullshit. Most people don't even have a VHS player anymore. Don't be lazy.
Get it out on DVD. WE want to see old Henry give that kid a hard time! :-)

I can as well. I should dump my vhs into the computer so I can
transfer to dvd, but it would be so much nicer to own a clean, dvd
store bought copy.

Thanks for the offer though.

Again, great video....my alltime fav drum tape.
